Welcome to the official web site for Quivira Falls Community Association. Quivira Falls is nestled in the heart of Overland Park, Kansas in central Johnson County. It is within walking distance of the nationally recognized Johnson County Community College and the internationally acclaimed Nerman Museum of Contemporary Art. Shopping and eating establishments are within an easy mile from the community. Nearby access to Interstates 435, Interstate 35, and 69 Highway makes travel to and from major sports, arts, and eating venues within the greater Kansas City area an easy trip. Access to an extensive system of walking and biking trails are nearby.
As a community we offer amenities appreciated and used by our members. Most visible are the two Swimming Pools, newly renovated tennis, and basketball and sand volleyball courts.
In addition to our Clubhouse that residents may rent to celebrate special events. Sidewalks are available for strolling or exercise walks. Social events such as Ice Cream Socials, Pancake Feeds, a Burger Bash, and pot-luck dinners are scheduled on a regular basis throughout the year.
Included in the monthly dues are a number of convenient services including lawn, tree and shrub care; snow removal during the winter months; weekly trash pickup; spring and fall gutter cleaning and grounds clean-up. Quivira Falls is by no means a maintenance-free community but a lot of the big stuff is taken care of.
